Born from a conversation between Jameson's head distiller and the head brewer of Cork's Franciscan Well Brewery, Jameson Caskmates is a head-turning, modern Irish whiskey. The whiskey has been finished in stout-seasoned casks, producing notes of cocoa, coffee and butterscotch while still retaining Jameson's famous triple-distilled smoothness.

Adnams Single Malt vodka is distilled from East Anglian malted barley. Adnams Masterbrewer, Fergus Fitzgerald, makes a beer 'wash' which is fermented without the addition of hops. Our head distiller, John McCarthy, then takes this beer and puts it through a 'beer stripping' column, copper pot stills and finally rectification columns which concentrate and purify to create a clean, pure spirit. The unfiltered result is a beautifully smooth vodka, with natural sweetness from our locally-grown barley, and plenty of character from our hand-made copper pot still. Serve classically with ice, tonic and a slice of lemon, or with tomato juice, ice, celery and spice.

Creating rose tinted cocktails since 1785. Lanique is created by steam-distilling thousands of hand-picked rose petals that are sourced from the East. Once steam distilled, the rose petals release The Attar of Rose, a liquid that is more valuable, gram for gram, than gold itself. The Attar of Rose is then added in a slow, multi-part process with carefully selected sugars and a neutral grain spirit. The complex distillation process creates a truly unique flavour of Turkish Delight, a hint of cherry and the gorgeous aroma of the most beautiful Damascene rose. Appearance: Clear, bright pink. Taste: A slightly syrupy, liqueur-like texture with sweet pastilles of rose, ripe raspberry and cherry. The initial warmth and sweetness spreads over the palate with an undertone of peppery spirit, soon to be contrasted with a subtle rind of lime, providing a fresh citrus hit. Finish: Sweet rose and hints of white chocolate, with a subtle lime acidity and cracked black pepper spiciness provide a beautifully balanced finish. Lanique, Spirit of Rose has been treasured by the Aristocracy across Europe since the late 1700s. The original recipe was rediscovered and recreated in 2015, and it is now proudly distilled in the UK. In the whiskey that bears his name, the legendary spirit of Patrick J. OFlaherty lives on today, worldwide. He was Paddy, to his friends, and they were legion. A kindly, generous and beloved fellow, Paddy traveled pub-to-pub across Ireland, selling Cork Distilleries Map of Ireland Whiskey and giving out rounds of free drinks along the way, for more than four decades, but the legend (and the whiskey) became a favorite well beyond Ireland. Before long, international patrons and publicans alike were clamouring for more Paddy, so the whiskeys name was changed to honour the man himself, as global demand increased. Paddys namesake whiskey, triple distilled and aged in the oaken casks of County Cork, Ireland, was always light, balanced and pure. Originally, Black bush was known as “Old Bushmills Special Old Liqueur Whiskey”, so named because of the unique distilling process and the fact that it was aged in Oloroso Sherry casks, optimising its smoothness. As the whiskey gained popularity it was asked for by avid devotees as “Black Bush”, a shortened term of the original brand name combined with reference to the distinguished black label. Malt whiskey that becomes Black Bush is aged up to 11 years in selected sherry-seasoned oak casks before being blended with a small portion of a special single grain whiskey to enhance the independent, non-conformist character of the malt.The malt used in the mash derives its clean taste from the deliberate absence of peat used in the malted barley drying process. All of the Irish whiskey distilleries kiln-dry their malt in a heat-fired, not peat-fired, oven. This drying process lets the clean, clear taste of the malt and barley shine through, creating the ultimate ' Reflection of Perfection.' The combination is then returned to the cask for 'marrying.'
