Deep yellow in appearance with an aromatic nose of stone fruit and citrus with notes of creamy vanillin oak. The mouthfeel here is fulsome and rich whilst the fresh stone fruit character and integrated oak delivers impressive flavour and a creaminess to the finish. Elephant In The Room Pinot Gris shows a clear, pale yellow color with green hues. Aromas of ripe apple, pear & lemon citrus dominate its bouquet, with some underlying notes of white florals and spice. Fermented solely in stainless steel with minimal handling, this beautifully lifted and expressive wine is lush with mouth-filling fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is light and fresh. All-in-all, it's a very versatile wine that pairs well with many cuisines.
