Cool climate winemaking guru, Tim Knappstein, has really nailed this wine in the true Gris style its vibrant, intense, flavoursome and textural yet has a lightness of touch. On the palate: Shows purity and generosity with a delicate core of yellow and white fruits, and an underlying nutty layer adding complexity and velvety texture throughout.

Elephant In The Room Pinot Gris shows a clear, pale yellow color with green hues. Aromas of ripe apple, pear & lemon citrus dominate its bouquet, with some underlying notes of white florals and spice. Fermented solely in stainless steel with minimal handling, this beautifully lifted and expressive wine is lush with mouth-filling fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is light and fresh. All-in-all, it's a very versatile wine that pairs well with many cuisines.

Patrick Sullivan Chardonnay Baw Baw Shire Made from the south-facing slope of Patrick Sullivans Bull Swamp vineyard. The grapes are whole-bunch pressed to a new 2000 litre oval vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolactic fermentation following immediately after. This Pinot Gris has a bright straw colour with lifted aromas of honeysuckle pear and floral notes. Ageing in oak has given the wine a creamy texture and with crisp acidity on the finish.

Only outstanding parcels of fruit are selected for Jacob's Creek Reserve Shiraz. This rich generous and complex Shiraz shows ripe blackberry fruit with hints of black pepper and subtle toasty oak.

This Red Hill Esatate Pinot Grigio comes from the Mornington Peninsula. It is a cool climate wine, which displays aromas of refreshing citrus and lime zest, some confectionery notes with a hint of musk on the nose. It is soft on the palate with freshly cut pears, some minerality and neat acidity back bone. Resulting in a clean crisp after taste that makes this Pinot Grigio the perfect match for seafood dishes.
