Sourced and grown in the Adelaide Hills, this is a fine example of how good Chardonnay from this region can be. This is a blend of 3 different cultivars of the Chardonnay grape. Bunch pressed and in part wild fermented. Partial malolactic fermentation imparts further complexity. A beautifully textured and complex wine.

Using the mainstay Italian variety Sangiovese, Fred Pizzini has crafted a dry style of rose with tropical fruits and floral undertones. Perfect with al fresco dining!

Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.

Italian pioneers in the King Valley region of Northeastern Victoria, Dal Zotto have produced a Pinot Grigio of class and style here. Displaying aromatics of blossom, honeysuckle and pear, this fresh, lively wine finishes dry with good acidity.

You'll enjoy sipping this lip-smacking Victorian Grigio. It's crisp and refreshing with lifted aromas green apple and nashi pear, with lemon and white flowers. Paringa Estate is known as one of the finest small producers in Australia. Pinot Noir is the flagship variety, they also make Shiraz and Riesling. The fruit for this Riesling comes off 20 year old vines, and makes wine of intense focus, structure and finesse.

Gary Farr is still one of Victoria's true Chardonnay maestro's and his Chardonnay By Farr is another example. Taken from the original By Farr vineyard, this is a clearly a wine of true clarity and finesse. Flavours of melon and hints of spice with wonderful oak integration mean this wine is simply delicious upon release, but handle some careful medium-term cellaring.

Pears, stone fruit and citrus gives way to a creamy, nutty middle and fresh acidity to close.
