Winemaker Eddie McDougall makes his Grigio in a classic Italian style - it's crafted from King Valley fruit and is crisp, crunchy and refreshing from start to finish.Pale with a faint bronze hue. Citrus, green apple and fresh-cut herbs. Tightly-wound and citrussy with strong layers of lemon and grapefruit, fresh acidity, some gentle bees wax and minerally notes, and a fresh, zippy finish.
Mytikas Adelaide Pinot Bianco
This wine was fermented then matured in older French oak barrels for 10 months. It is a light and crisp style with flavours of apple, pear and a hint of rose petal.
De Bortoli Rutherglen Estate Fiano
While the Rutherglen region is most famous for bold reds and fortified wines, they are quickly making a name for their alternative white varieties such as this tasty Fiano. Vibrant pale yellow in appearance. Sea spray, guava and lemon aromas. Ripe and juicy entry with wet rock and almond notes under pear and melon core flavours, well-balanced acidity, and a long, savoury finish.
Michelini Italian Selection Arneis
A white Italian grape varietal native to the Piedmont Region of North Western Italy - it's name translates to "little rascal" Lemon, lime & citrus notes, medium bodied with crunchy acidity. Perfect for shellfish in a creamy sauce.
Michelini Prosecco Non-Vintage
A fun Italian style sparkling with a burst of citrus acidity and a dry finish. Made using the traditional method, bottle fermented for full flavour. This is the same method used for Champagne.
