Glenfarclas 40 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a rich, dark mysterious gold colour with a nose reminiscent of relaxing in an old leather armchair while eating walnuts and chocolate covered raisins. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks.
