Lark Sláinte Single Malt Whisky Liqueur (slon- cha; Gaelic= to your good health) was developed by the Lark Distillery after strong demand for a unique Australian Single Malt Whisky Liqueur. Sláinte is a marriage of premium mature Single Malt Whisky, with a unique distilled spirit of herbs and spices, produced in smaller copper pot stills. They are carefully combined over time, to give the right complexity of character, spiciness and sweetness; whilst maintaining the overtones of the acclaimed, small batch Single Malt Whisky Lark is now famous for.

Aged 4yrs in American Oak ex Makers Mark barrels, our Single Malt Bourbon Cask brings rum and raisin aromas with a subtle vanilla and a spiced herb oak undertone. A wash of buttery warm caramels heat, hazelnut and oak finish with sweet dried fruits to engulf the palate, with a lengthy finish of bourbon heat and spiced oils.This water of life tells a story, hence our Tasman Whisky is housed within in a gift box worthy of the high quality tomes of old. Impression Bay Distillery is located on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula, Tasmania. Our First Impression Gin is made in the London Dry style and incorporates not only traditional botanicals including juniper, cardamom, coriander, cassia bark and lemon myrtle but also our three, fresh, locally grown aromatic botanicals, Mountain Pepper berry, Saltbush and Kunzea. These botanicals are vapour infused in the last stages of distillation in our German still, preserving their subtle aromas and flavours. First Impression Gin is smooth, well balanced and unlike some other gins, crafted to be enjoyed neat or on the rocks. 42%ABV.

Aged 4yrs in Portuguese sourced Port barrels and re-conditioned in Tasmania, Iron House pure Tasmanian Single Malt Port Cask is an enticing drop. The initial pour sits in the glass with a reddish orange embered hue and greets the nose with a stone fruit, red wine, buttery, sweetened spiced aroma. A palate of red berried wines, dried dark fruit, orange zest, hazelnut oak warmth with a touch of dark chocolate, tobacco and heat.

Tasmanian Single Malt Sherry Cask Matured. Colour: Dark Copper Nose: Caramel & raisins Palate: Lifted floral notes, caramel and dried fruit sweetness with some white pepper savory hints Finish: Delicious long and slightly dry finish which is indicative of some very fine old wood. A slightly smokey note that suggests peat but comes from the heavy cask charring

Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky. Aged in ex Makers Mark Bourbon Cask Nose: Immediate sweet notes of vanilla and crème brulee with fruity and herbaceous undertones. Palate: From a bright and sweet opening the flavours build across the palate to a rich, clean alcohol-driven crescendo culminating in a big, warm and comforting glow of spicy tannin hints and peach flesh. Finish: Long and warm with the afterglow fading into semi-sweet caramel and lingering stone-fruit tingles

>;Farm distillery. Knocklofty makes its own ethanol from raw sugar. Knocklofty Garden Gin is made with seasonal, surplus fruit and berries rescued from local gardens and farms. The fruits and berries are steeped in their gin to provide a unique, natural taste.

Hobart Whisky Signature is a marriage of small carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks. A satisfying light ex-bourbon cask single malt that delights with a solid malty foundation, some gentle spice and a long, complex finish. Tasting Notes: Nose Freshly baked apple pie with cinnamon, raisins, sweet crust pastry and vanilla custard. Palate Marzipan icing with hints of vanilla bean over malty and clean oak foundations. Fizzy sherbet overtones lend this classic bourbon cask dram a lovely zing and brightness. A couple of drops of water serve to sweeten the sensation and open some subtle floral tones. Finish Long and clean with a lingering semi-sweet sherbet fizz with hints of almond providing a very pleasant semi- dry conclusion.
