Status Quo is a juicy New England Pale Ale. Made for hop lovers with massive late and dry hop additions, it's full flavoured and more tropical than the Hawaiian ukulele orchestra.

Inspired by long summer days in the garden (and perhaps a little too much swearing at the lawn mower), this beer has seen the aftermath of many a battle. First brewed in 50L batches over 10 years ago, and yes, much like our Band-Aid skills, it’s seen a few little tweaks and improvements over the course of time. A decade on and many batches later, it is still our most popular beer! Brewed using Simcoe, Citra & Mosaic hops, our After Battle Pale Ale has always been a tasty combination of citrus and tropical flavours, all whilst keeping the malt profile on the lighter side to let those hops shine through at a rather modest 5.2% ABV

A lovely golden colour, Sauce Brewing Co. Hop Sauce Pale Ale is citrusy with hints of tropical and stone fruits. Made with US, NZ & Aussie hops. An enjoyable craft beer.

Hopsmith is a West Coast style IPA and all about the hops. Triple dry-hopped, the all American grown hop varieties are allowed to shine with citrus, pine, fruity notes and a nice dry, bitter finish.

The Korben D. is an American-style Double IPA saturated with our favourite hops - Mosaic, Simcoe and Centennial. Well balanced between the malt, hops and alcohol with fresh aroma of floral, citrus and pine. Drink Fresh!

Our Stonebarn Truffle Pale Ale Beer is made from Australian Pale Ale malt and Light Caramel malts with a blend of Australian and American hops. The light malt ensures that the flavour of the hops and Black Perigord Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) is not too overpowering, giving the beer a milder truffle taste. The Pale Ale is brewed to be more sessionable with a lower alcohol content. This combination produces a lighter copper colour and reduces the bitterness to 23 BUs.

A big and juicy IPA but low on bitterness at 18 IBUs. Late additions give you the beautiful sweet and fruity Nectar of the Hops.. The beer has a piney, passionfruit nose and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel from the addition of oats and wheat. The hops give the beer beautiful tropical fruit flavours with hints of pineapple, mango and lychees. Nectar of the Hops is perfect beer for our warmer months. Bay of plenty IPA named after the Indigenous Australian meaning for Booderee. Large quantities of whirlpool and dry hops deliver boatloads of fruit and waves of flavour. Mango, stonefruit and citrus are all to the fore, while a welcome bitterness gently washes the pallet clean. An IPA that delivers plenty of everything that is good about hoppy beers!

Imagine walking from Jervis Bay to Sydney. The crew onboard the cutter Nancy washed up on shore in Jervis Bay in 1805 and it took them 11 days to walk all the way home to Sydney. Sure hope there was a refreshing pale ale waiting for them at the other end. This bright pale ale bucks the trend of mega quantities of peach and passionfruit. Instead, the Strata and Amarillo aroma hops impart subtle notes that, if in a wine, might be expressed as barnyard. The dry finish results in a crisp, refreshing beer that is perfect for every summer day and not just 11 of them!
