Hand-crafted using a combination of locally sourced Riverina citrus, and traditional botanicals, our Dry Gin Murrumbidgee is inspired by the Riverina, New South Wales, the food bowl of Australia. This is the first Gin to be released in Griffith, New South Wales it is wonderfully balanced and juniper-forward, with heavy notes of citrus. A slight hint of the dryness to the palate initially, followed by refreshing citrus presence of New South Wales kelp among our list of botanicals.

Four Pillars Gin worked with the QANTAS Rockpool mixology team to create the second release in their Bartender Series - an Asian-inspired Modern Australian gin with softness and spice, one that is truly a spirit of Australia. Red and green Szechuan give it a lovely warm mouthfeel, while the macadamia nuts give it softness and an almost creamy palate. Australia first smoked gin Bushfire is a smokey, unique gin based on an original London dry gin recipe but with the original ingredients substituted for our own Australian native botanicals. The individual botanicals have been smoked with Iron Bark to uncover a rich, smokey palate with sweet hints of maple.

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Perfectly enjoyed in a classic Gin and Tonic.
