For all those lovers of Brown Brothers Zibibbo, here is the same styled wine with that little touch of pink added to the wine to not only deliver a fresh, sweet and lively sparkling, but with a touch more body that it's brother.

An elegant and vibrant palate structure with fresh pear flavour. A fine balance of sugar, acid and tannin ensures a refreshing crisp style. Light fresh dough yeast characters enhance the softness and viscosity. Overall crunchy and bright reminiscent of Nashi pear. This Prosecco fruit is harvested in the cool of night to ensure the fruit qualities are preserved and then gently pressed to achieve full flavour.
