Cielo Prosecco Spumante Brut Non-Vintage

Cielo Prosecco spumante is a toast to our lovely territory where in 1530 our fellow citizen, Count Da Porto, wrote the Novel of Romeo & Juliet, whose Castels overlook our vineyards. Soft straw yellow. Fresh and floral bouquet, slightly aromatic. Fruited and elegant. Excellent for fine and light dishes and throughtout the day. 8-10 degrees.

Demon Ridge Special Cuvee Non-Vintage

Refreshing sparkling wine.Full rich flavour with notes of fig and guava. Serve chilled with great company!

Audrey Wilkinson Moscato

This Moscato is a favourite among Moscato fans and one of Audrey Wilkinson's fastest moving wines. A delicate and lively wine on the palate with ripe red berries, balanced with a crisp acidity and a hint of spritz. Celebrating its 150th vintage in 2016, Audrey Wilkinson is recognised as one of the first vineyards in the Hunter Valley and has a rich history in the region. They continue today to produce wines of regional character with fine craftsmanship.

Cinta Prosecco DOC Non-Vintage

Tiny bubbles that swell up in your mouth and linger for quite a while are a feature of this sparkling Italian wine. The sweet smell of honey gives way for fruity notes of gala apples and ripe pears on the plate, which were enhanced by the slight boost of sweetness.

Brown Brothers Tarrango

Tarrango is a light-bodied red wine that should be served slightly chilled. It is a refreshing wine, characterised by aromas and flavours reminiscent of red berries and a delicate dry finish. This vintage is rich and juicy with a racy acidity. Tarrango is a delicious and versatile alterative that is best enjoyed young and fresh.

Henkell Trocken Brut Sekt Non-Vintage

A nice change from Aussie bubbles, this German brut has a surprisingly smooth and creamy taste for the uninitiated, with fizzing fruit flavours and a delicious lingering finish. Prost!

Seppelt Original Sparkling Shiraz

Sparkling shiraz is as Australian as anything, and one of the best value is from Seppelt, with the current vintage drinking superbly. Surprisingly soft and plump with ripe and giving tannins; while it's dry, there's some sweet fruit sensation on the palate that helps with dishes that have heat spikes and spice, especially Indian. Lots of plum fruit, spice and earthy notes, too, with fine acid and the fizz hit offers a refreshing lift.

Taylors Estate Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Taylors celebrated 40 years in business with its first fizz. Fragrant notes on the nose, creamy and complex, bright citrus and stonefruit flavours, fine, persistent bubbles and a crisp, dry finish. A classic white sparkler from one of our favourite families.

Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & Cream Limited Ed

Sweet summer strawberry on the nose with a hint of musk, with hints of cream layered over the top. A well balanced wine with some sweetness and great acidity to cut through the palate.

The Black Chook Sparkling Shiraz

This sterling-value red fizz has really grown up, with a more-ish premium mouthful of sun-ripened vibrant blackberries now tuned with liquorice and white pepper notes. Ravishing!
