Taylors Estate Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Taylors celebrated 40 years in business with its first fizz. Fragrant notes on the nose, creamy and complex, bright citrus and stonefruit flavours, fine, persistent bubbles and a crisp, dry finish. A classic white sparkler from one of our favourite families.

Grant Burge Pinot Noir Chardonnay Non-Vintage

Tinged with copper hues, the wine deals out a delightful biscuitlike nose combined with ripe strawberry and peach characters. The palate is rich and generous with a real vitality thats heightened by the creamy mouth-feel. This is a sparkling that adapts to its environment, and as such is just as enjoyable with food as it is on its own.

Nua Prosecco

Nua is a premium Italian producer of the world famous Prosecco sparkling. This pale yellow sparkling is elegant and crisp, with a fruity bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits. The palate is mellow and textured, and shows an amazing harmony between all aspects of the wine.

Tomich Hill M Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

Risky Business Prosecco Non-Vintage

In the glass: Very pale straw. On the nose: Pear, lemon, apple lift. On the palate: Very fresh and lively with a savoury mix of white fruit, a slightly nutty layer of complexity and a velvety mouth-feel.

The Black Chook Sparkling Shiraz Non-Vintage

This Gold medal-winning Sparkling Shiraz has been sourced from McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek vineyards and has lovely smoothness thanks to ageing in old French oak. Deep garnet with a touch of brick, it presents lifted cassis, olive, plum and beetroot aromas. Vibrant and layered, the palate has a refreshing mix of sweet red fruits with touches of spice, juicy texture, firm tannins and generous length.

Bandini Prosecco Non-Vintage

Made in an extra dry style, this Prosecco has all the classic freshness and vibrancy you'd except from an authentic Italian Prosecco. An aperitif style with a very fine mousse, this is made from high quality vineyard fruit from the Treviso region.

Wangolina Moscato

In the glass: Bright pale lemon. Om the nose: Musk and fresh white grape fruit lift. On the palate: Sweetly fruity and muscaty, soft and juicy with lots of confectionary characters. A good all-rounder that's lovely served well chilled.
