Subtle tropical fruit lift with dried herb, oyster shell and mineral notes. Refined yet generous with tropical fruit and citrus blossom hints, subtle spice with lime-like acidity, lovely texture, and good length and persistence.

Yellow straw in color, this Cuvée is supple and light displaying notes of tropical fruits, rock melon, mango and pineapple as well as a crisp citrus character with a hint of oak. This delightful young Hunter Semillon is the perfect summer wine. Grown in the Hunter Valley, this wine has a fresh tropical nose which combines with a gentle citrus tingle on the palate. Great length and structure allows this wine to be enjoyed in it's youth, or it will develop into an aged beauty with careful cellaring.

Complex mineral and flint aromas with a palate that has good length. Tyrrell's Stevens Semillon has wonderful balance between the fresh citrus flavours of youth and the aged 'toasty' characters. It is great with seafood dishes.
