Vincents Breeze wines take their name from a picturesque stretch of water found between the Fleurieu and Yorke peninsula in South Australia known as the Gulf St Vincent. These wines were created by blending a number of separate vineyard parcels with the aim of balancing the strengths of each.Honeydew and brown lime flavours intertwine with a smooth and creamy mid palate. Certified Organic grapes were handpicked in the cool early morning and crushed, chilled, and pressed on arrival at the winery. The juice was then transferred into French oak barrels for fermentation. Once fermentation was completed the barrels were stirred weekly, suspending the yeast lees giving the wine extra texture and suppleness. Yangarra Estate is a biodynamic wine farm in the McLaren Vale devoted solely to producing wines from the best grape varieties of the southern Rhone. Shiraz from the Yangarra estate vineyard adopts more of a cooler climate expression than the typical McLaren Vale style, thanks to the vineyards elevation and cooling night breezes from the nearby Southern Lofty Ranges, but retains concentration and complexity. lots of lifted violet aromas, with fresh cherries and plums, with a soft and juicy palate and fine elegant tannins.

This wine, a Piebald, meaning black and white, is a co-fermentation of the blackest Syrah grapes, with a hatful of the purest white Viognier. Deep in colour, the wine is almost black, yet is also vibrant and bright. The nose is perfumed with apricots, spice and liquorice; a pretty, fragrant wine with a sweet juice and velvety palate. The finish is elegant with savoury spice and a fine tannin length and persistence.

One of the earliest and most condensed in history thanks largely to a dry and warm growing season. A very wet July was followed by some of the driest spring months on record, led to some great flavour and colour development and the resulting wines are packed with delicious ripe flavours.

This Fiano is intensely flavoured and aromatic. The nose is of home grown apricots, lifted with hints of florals, citrus and nectarine. Firm acid frames the fruit giving presence and depth. Chalky minerality is underlain with a dash of honey and spice to finish. A beautiful bright and textural wine, with great length. This Fiano matches well with Italian dishes and seafood.
