Only the finest Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, selected during harvest, are destined for our Chianti Riserva ORO. Having reached the ideal point of ripeness, the grapes are processed separately at controlled temperatures with a long maceration. Aged for 9 months, 30% of the blend in barriques and 70% in oak barrels. The wine is then aged in the bottle for few more months before release.
