This Rosé is made from early harvested Pinot Noir from the Blue Pyrenees Estate. The colour is beautifully pale salmon pink with lovely flavours of glazed cherries, strawberries and cream. A great example of balance of acidity with fruits on the palate with a crisp finish.

Innocent Bystander eminates from Victoria's Yarra Valley and is the brain child of owner, Phil Sexton. With winemaker Steve Flamsteed on board, the Innocent Bystander wines are fantastically varietal and extremely approachable. The Pinot Noir is packed full of black cherry and cedary notes with a perfect balance of soft, but fine grained tannin.

Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

Ninth Island Pinot Grigio is full bodied with a lifted bouquet of exotic fruits like banana and pear. Refreshingly balanced by crisp acidity. The fruit was entirely hand-harvested and allowed 6 hours skin contact in the press before fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to maximise fruit expression. This wine shows all the hallmarks of easy-going, classic Italian Pinot Grigio; subtle grapefruit and underlying floral and spice notes on the nose followed by citrus and peach flavours bound together by a tight minerality.

The Adelaide Hills, particularly Woodside, is perfectly situated to produce quality Pinot Noir Rose. Carefully nurtured by the winemaking team, this wine is fresh and lively with lifted strawberry aromas. Serve chilled.

Oyster Bay Pinot Noir is surprisingly a serious complex Pinot. Intense cherry and gamey, earthy notes are enhanced with quality French oak and the finish is spicy savoury and long. Terrific value.

Approachable, generous and flavoursome with a silken elegance. Berry fruits come to the fore with gentle dried herb notes in the background. Medium bodied, the palate is finely structured with lovely soft lingering tannins which integrate perfectly with the soft supportive acid and plush fruit.
