This Rosé is made from early harvested Pinot Noir from the Blue Pyrenees Estate. The colour is beautifully pale salmon pink with lovely flavours of glazed cherries, strawberries and cream. A great example of balance of acidity with fruits on the palate with a crisp finish.

Chapel Hill have opted for a drier style, as this in combination with the textural mouth feel showcases the intricacies of Sangiovese and also allows for the wine to be enjoyed with food.
