This Classic Port Cask Scotch Whisky is a new addition to the Glen Moray Single Malt Family. It has the perfect combination of rich wine flavours with vanilla oak notes because it is matured from the finest American oak barrels then matured for another 8 months in Port pipes. This Whisky is specially selected by the master distiller due to the fact that it is well balanced and full of character.

Glen Moray Sherry Cask Finish uses only the finest Oloroso casks to mature this extraordinary single malt. The Elgin Classic's unmistakable vanilla and light oak is still evident but, with vibrant dried fruit and earthy, nutty notes of the sherry, the finish is multi-faceted.

In years long-passed, Distillery workers would help themselves to a dram using a 'Copper Dog'; a pipe hidden inside the leg of their trousers. These Speyside rascals and characters are the inpsiration for this unique blend of eight single malt whiskies, slowly married together in old oak casks. This rich gold whiskey emits aromas of vanilla, hazelnut, light spice and caramelised sugar. Ireland's most famous distillery have branched out and things just got zesty. Introducing Jameson Orange. The smooth taste of triple-distilled Jameson Irish Whiskey, perfectly balanced with notes of zesty Orange flavour. On the nose it boasts exceptionally well-balanced aromas of zesty peel and juicy orange citrus fruits, with sweet whiskey undertones. The palate is delicate, smooth and full mouthfeel with distinctive notes of orange zest as well as spicy, nutty, sweet vanilla. The finish is clean with a sweet orange aftertaste.

Her work aligns perfectly with Eden Mill's traditional yet experimental principles. Eden Mill Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson has incorporated a selection of oloroso hogsheads, pedro ximenez hogsheads, american bourbon barrels, with a cask of chocolate malt spirit and crystal malt spirit to craft our latest Single Malt. 46.5% ABV.
