Made from a blend of the energetic chardonnay from the famous Saltwater River vineyard and pinot noir rose. It sees a small amount of new oak for added texture. In memory of Ian ”Lee” Patrick Carr, an outstanding dad, friend and viticulturist. This unblended single origin Pinot Noir was harvested from one manually maintained vineyard block of the family estate, 33 years after planting. Matured in French oak. Bursting aromas of dark berries, cherries and orange zest. Silky smooth and lively acid, dried herbs and red currant. Match with grilled meat or strong cheese.

Harvested from 2 blocks close to the original homestead of the estate ... this Cabernet Sauvignon shows all the qualities of a cool climate wine from a mature vineyard. Aged in French oak. Flavours of black currant, cigar leaf, plum, black cherry and green pepper perfectly accompany food with intense flavours like grilled meat or strong cheese.

Now a new chapter is born with Pirie NV Sparkling - A full flavoured cuvýe from a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir, boasting complexity and freshness. Bream Creek Pinot Noir from Southern Tassie is big and ripe with gentle pepper nuances. Punchy, dried dark stone fruits, fruit cake and dark roasted herbs are present while the palate rolls out very ripe tannins that swerve from side to side, bringing rich plum flavour and a big juicy finish.

A by House of Arras Premium Cuvee has a complex and inviting aroma with nuances of forest floor, nougat, exotic spice and lanolin. The palate has opulent flavours reminiscent of lychee, butter sauteed mushroom, natural yoghurt and fresh oyster.

In the glass, Barringwood Estate Pinot Noir shows a beautiful and dusky plum colour, with pinkish edges. The bouquet exhibits aromas of cherries, violets and vanilla, fusing with cherry and earthy notes. The bright and fruity palate bursts with spicy oak, balanced by soft and savoury tannins.
