To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.

This expression has been maturing in our 32 Litre Spanish Oloroso Casks...Sweet sherry bombs! Joadja Single Malt Whisky, Release 17 (Ex Oloroso) recently won a Silver Medal at the Tasting Australia Spirit Awards 2022. Our Olorosso Casks Batch 4 & 5 won Bronze at the 2019 Australian Distillers Awards. Being one of only a handful of Single Malt Whisky distilleries in the world who grow their own barley and have access to pristine spring water on site sets us apart when considering where our unique flavours are developed. Our White Rye is uniquely distilled from rare malted rye and barley sourced from the finest producers, and greets you with cinnamon, nutmeg and spicy notes that envelope the palate. Twice distilled, it features a lingering, buttery finish with a subtle smokiness, and can be savoured straight or in your cocktail of choice.

Building on The Splendid Gins classic signature tipple, the MESMERIC maintains a delicate balance of traditional botanicals with a renewed intensity of mandarin, navel orange and bergamot. A quadruple distilled grape spirit, blended with the purest of tasmanian spring water presents an exceptional foundation for your mixological masterpiece.

Geometric is an unapologetically a bold juniper and coriander gin. Along with subtle Cape Malay style cinnamon, cardamom and clove lined with the earthy indigenous buchu and Cape snowbush.Botanicals are bound together with Cape brandy, a masterfully textured spirit which gives this gin its uniquely rich and round profile. Prominent juniper and earth notes followed by subtly spiced citrus. Juniper, Cape snowbush and clove interlace around the soft-edged texture of the spirit. Cardamom and coriander pull the spirit to the back of the palate for a surprisingly long finish. Its length and texture making it ideal for a martini, its prominent juniper beautiful in a Geometric Gin and Tonic.

A Gin of great freshness, lemony with an explosivity in the mouth. All the ingredients coming into the composition of GENEROUS ORGANIC are: Juniper, Citrus, Mandarin, Red Pepper, Combava & Coriander. Some of them are produced by maceration, others by distillation, using exclusively traditional methods. This naturality can be clearly perceived in the tasting: the style is clear, the flavours are precised and well harmonised.

A premium seasonal gin made in the style of English sloe gin, supplanting handpicked local Mulberries in the place of the traditional sloes. Local mulberries are steeped in the gin, then pressed by hand; final steps include light filtering before bottling. Naturally sweet, rich and smooth mulberry flavours distinguish this elegant gin. Served with fresh lemon juice, soda/bitter lemon and garnished with fresh berries, mint or basil.

Islay artisans, Bruichladdich, turn their hands to producing the first and only Islay Dry Gin. The botanicals used comprise of nine classic gin varietals, plus 22 wild, Islay botanicals that are hand-picked from the wind-swept hills, peat bogs and the Atlantic shores. The result is a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance.
