Pretty transparent salmon dress, bright and limpid. The nose is franc and pleasant, a mix of fresh red berries (raspberry, gariguette strawberry); then come citrus flavors (mandarin and pomelo). Weihenstephan Pilsner is a traditional Pilsner style beer with a smooth, pale malt background and the grassy, floral aromas of European Hallertauer hops. Sweet and well balanced with a refreshingly crisp finish.

Another terrific wine from Paul Mas. The nose shows lifted honeysuckle and white peach and the palate is juicy and well balanced with a long, smooth finish. Excellent example of the variety.

The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.

Vivid rosé colour and beautifully luminous, Veuve du Vernay Brut Rose sports red berry scents on the nose, with sweet raspberry aromas. Fleshy and balanced, this Rosé shows on the palate similar fruity notes as the nose, with some lingering acidity on the finish. A most enticing wine.
