The 23rd Street distiller individually infuses ten botanicals including traditional juniper and coriander, complemented by zesty local citrus. Forester Estate is owned by Vignerons Kevin and Jenny McKay. It’s situated in Yallingup, in the northern Margaret River region. Kevin’s motto is to build complexity and texture into his wines literally from the ground up! The superb wines are made by Todd Payne who has had “a distinguished career, starting in the Great Southern, then the Napa, Plantagenet, Esk Valley in Hawke’s Bay, and on to the Northern Rhône” (Halliday). This is a beautifully expressive wine. Inky, rich and herbal Cabernet melds with plummy, velvety, mouthfilling Merlot to create a really layered and complex wine you want to keep on sipping.

With slightly fuller fruit flavours than its crisp companion, there is plenty of ripe melon and passionfruit flavours here.

This is classic Clare Riesling that has come directly from one of the finest exponents in this legendary, boutique Aussie hotspot. A very high quality, pristine Riesling, bursting with all those classic lemon, lime and floral notes.

The grapes for this lipsmacking wine are grown in Orange, 950 metres above sea level. This crisp, cold, but sunny climate is the perfect place to grow Riesling. Low temperatures retain varietal vibrancy and minerality while the sunshine drives the production of rich tropical fruit, resulting in a wine of immense flavour and character.

Tim Knappstein is a legend of the wine industry and his wines always impress. This one comes from two vineyards in the beautiful Adelaide Hills at Carey Gully and Piccadilly. It's bright, intense and mouthwateringly delicious. Look forward to piercing flavours of snowpea and passionfruit combined with a mineral edge and delicious citrus. Superb.

Grant Burge, while normally known for full bodied reds, produce an exceptional sparkling here with an attractive nose of strawberry, stone fruit and biscuity notes leads to a richly flavoured, generous palate with a creamy mouth feel and beautifully crisp finish.
