V & A Lane is named after a long straight road that dissects Coonawarras renowned terra rossa strip. A historical location, first surveyed in 1851, it has long been used as a landmark setting out the northern and southern ends of Coonawarra. A classic Australian blend, V & A Lane displays the purity of cassis from Cabernet seamlessly blended together with the ample mid-palate black fruit of Shiraz. Zema Estate have been producing quality Coonawarra Cabernet since 1982 but have been "growing" since the 1800's. The 2004 Family Selection Cab benefits greatly from a cool growing season allowing the rich flavours of blackcurrants and dark cherry to shine.

Penola is one of the original producers in Coonawarra and they have a long and healthy track record with their Cabernet.
