Tomich Hill champion the process of handcrafting from estate grown fruit from their high altitude cool climate vineyard in the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Resulting in a Sauvignon Blanc that displays elegance, complexity and a true exhibition of variety. Opening with an intense citrus and snow pea aroma the flavorsome palate is citrus focused, with tropical fruit and a crisp and persistent finish.

Vavasour Sauvignon Blanc is a meticulously made wine with grapes selected for intensity and concentration. The bouquet shows passionfruit and white peach aromas and the palate has ripe fruit flavours with mineral notes. Always one of our favourites.

The Adelaide Hills has positioned itself as the premier region for high quality Australian Sauvignon Blanc and after tasting Sidewood's Single Vineyard Sauv it isn't hard to see why. Bold flavours of citrus zest greet you on the nose and the initial palate followed by a crisp and refreshing mouthfeel. This Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend is a Western Australian staple with gooseberry flavours along with real citrus zest lift and a cleansing back palate. But it is the complexity in this wine that is truly remarkable and something that isn't often seen in this blend.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc had been one of the popular white blend classic due to how easy it is to match with food. De Bortoli is a great example showing a hint of straw and passionfruit flavours with a light crisp finish.
