An elegant and refined wine, displaying rich fruit flavours of blackcurrrant, blueberry, dark cherry and chocolate mint. Bright acidity elevates the smooth and supple tannins, which, alongside well-integrated cedar oak characters, provide this wine with wonderful mouthfeel and structure. This rich and fruit-driven parcel of hand-selected Cabernet fruit exhibits a deep ruby red colour alongside aromas of ripe-dark fruits. The palate presents flavours of mulberry, blackcurrant, and juicy plum complemented by hints of pepper spice. The wine provides a full-bodied structure that is beautifully balanced by silky tannins and excellent varietal characteristics – for that lasting impression

Majella Cabernet Sauvignon is a classy Cabernet that is a cut above the rest when compared against anything at a similar price. Classic cassis, cedar and herbs are underlined by beautifully handled oak.

'Black Label' Cabernet Sauvignon, which was first vintaged in 1954, has evolved markedly over the decades. It is arguably Australia's most recognised Cabernet Sauvignon, and has more than any other, helped define Coonawarra. The wine is matured in new and seasoned French oak for 12 to 18 months. A classic Coonawarra Cabernet with pristine dark berry/ cassis aromas, fine grained tannins and underlying savoury nuances, it develops into a rich, chocolaty wine with age. In a super vintage, this wine can look astonishingly like a 2nd or 3rd growth Bordeaux with its pure cassis aromas and cedary complexity. The Parker Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is made in a riper, more generous style to its peers, yet with enough restraint to display the distinct varietal and regional characteristics. Offerings of ripe blackberry and damson plums, wafts of warm earth, iodine, mint and black olives. The palate shows a lot of restraint and freshness, fuller bodied not big though with determined tannins. A solid performer not just a backup singer.

This Sauvignon Blanc displays characters of fragrant lemon and lime, intense white peach and stone fruits with gentle hints of wild flowers. Fresh fleshy passionfruit, nectarine and citrus flavours are complemented by textured and subtle fruity acidity and a crisp dry finish.
