This Lindeman's Early Harvest Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is beautifully aromatic with citrus and tropical notes, and with a crisp and refreshing finish.

Sourced from a single vineyard site in the Strathbogie Ranges, ideally suited to growing aromatic and balanced Pinot Gris. The cool nights here allow the fruit to reach optimum ripeness whilst retaining an elegant balance between flavour, alcohol and acidity. This wine by Pacha Mama underwent lees stirring while in barrel, resulting in a buttery richness and complexity that sets the pinot gris style apart from the tighter, more acidic Pinot Grigio. Rich and inviting nose with white musk, fresh quince and honeysuckle. A generous and textural palate, with flavours of crýme brulee, lemon zest and musk, balanced by refreshing acidity and a satisfying, clean finish.

This Pinot Gris has a bright straw colour with lifted aromas of honeysuckle pear and floral notes. Ageing in oak has given the wine a creamy texture and with crisp acidity on the finish.

Dark Knight Pinot Noir effortlessly glows in shades of scarlet and ruby red, while offering plush essences of rich forest berries driven by underlying dark plum characters. A luxurious mouth feel can be expected with a velvety smooth tannin structure. Perfectly compliments Mediterranean foods. Enjoy at present or allow to develop for a few years.

Vibrant ruby red in colour, the bouquet offers a mix of blueberry, plum and cherry. The palate mimics the savoury, fruity characters of the aroma. Perfect with Mediterranean dishes.

A lively light red with deceptive richness and flavour. Brilliant light red, with lively strawberry fruit, spice, earthiness and well integrated subtle oak.. The palate is medium bodied, with great length and persistence of flavour. Lucy is our eldest daughter, and it is with pride that her name is given to this wine. This wine benefits from the maturity of the vineyard, our cool maritime climate, our dedicated approach to winemaking, two years maturation in oak, and further time in bottle. Great with lamb, game, duck and a range of rich pasta dishes. Serving temperature 16-20 deg, do not chill. Drinking beautifully, with extended barrel ageing, this wine will still improve with a further 5+ years. Benefits from breathing after opening and do not serve chilled.
