The 8 Year Old is vibrant and straw gold in colour, with fresh, sappy aromas of honey, almonds and butterscotch. Blended before aging in white oak barrels for a full six years, Canadian Club, is a benchmark whisky with an extremely smooth, approachable, & versatile taste profile. Best served mixed, with Dry Ginger Ale and fresh squeeze of Lime, Cola or Lemonade.

A favourite on the burgeoning bar scene throughout Australia, J&B Rare Blended Scotch Whisky is a magnificent all-round blend that has a nose of sweet malt, vanilla, honey and cocoa that evolves into a palate that is grounded with some earthy peat characters. A subtle, smooth finish to whisky make it the perfect whisky to be served neat, on the rocks, with a small splash of filtered water or with your favourite mixer, especially dry ginger.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.

Dimple 15 Year Old Scotch has fragrant tones that are almost tones of perfume mellowing to a sweet buttery aroma. Flavoursome and light, nothing spicy or harsh. The finish is delicate and maybe a gesture of dark chocolate hiding in there.

This Scotch Whisky is handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery. Despite being such a small distillery, Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries.
