Handpicked and wild fermented in French oak, the aromatic red berries give subtle hints of cinnamon and spice. The palate is vibrant with dark berries and cherries, with hints of dried herbs and silky graceful tannins.

This Pinot Noir flaunts a beautiful ruby red colour when poured into the glass. Aromas of berries, strawberries, cherries and raspberries are offered on the nose. These fragrances make way for a fresh palate that reveals flavours of crunchy blueberries and strawberries. The flavourful palate is followed by a lengthy finish. You may pair this varietal with pasta, roasted chicken or fatty fishes.

A supple style of Pinot Noir, super aromatic with pretty red fruits. Bright crunchy acidity paired with delicate primary red fruits and tannis, balanced and delicious.

This is perfectly pinot: medium bodied and brimming with floral, vibrant berry fruits and crunchy tannins. This is cool booze, in fact that was a direct quote from the buyers when they tried this at the tasting bench. From a single vineyard, the whole bunch treatment has given rise to layers of red and black fruits, with a distinct violet aromatic profile. It's hard to say no to a second glass.
