Nitschke Block Shiraz displays rich, opulent fruit with a fantastic balance of texture. Lifted notes of greengage plums are first to emerge from what is a tightly-wound wine. There is also a warming spice element of subtle white pepper as well as some dark cherry and plum flavours.

This cool climate Shiraz is superb - enticing the drinker with spice, clove and red berry fruit aromas. The palate is rich and concentrated, paying scant homage to its cool climate origins.

Recognised as one of the first vineyards in the Hunter Valley, Audrey Wilksonson has a long and storied history in the region. This Shiraz is sourced from the Clare Valley and McLaren Vale regions and brings a little bit from both worlds with rich, foreboding fruit from McLaren working in harmony with the aromatic and textured Clare Valley fruit. Delicious today, yet will cellar nicely for the medium term.

The Carillion Vineyard is situated on the volcanic slope of Mt Canobolas in the Orange region. Our top Orange region Shiraz, this wine imparts many of the classic cool climate Shiraz characteristics, while retaining a unique personality of its own. Hints of spice and tobacco accompany powerful fruit flavours on the palate, while subtle red fruits provide an elegant nose. This wine can be enjoyed now, but will benefit from extended cellaring.
