The wine has a straw yellow colour and, on the nose, it offer floral sensation that recall the aroma of acacia blossom, with hints of pears as well. Its flavour is intense and very well- balanced, with fruity notes of apples and pears. To be served chilled, with starters, delicate first course dishes, grilled or baked fish.

This Gris from the home of the long white cloud offers creamy pear notes, honey and hints of caramel with citrus and vanilla. The palate reflects the nose with it flavours of ripe pear and honey layered with guava. There is a creamy weight when drinking and it trails rich flavours of tangerine. Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Pinot Grigio was harvested in the cool of night when the fruit was at its coolest and freshest to capture the natural, crisp, fruit flavours. Deep in the middle of the night, carefully selected parcels of quality Pinot Grigio were picked with the fruit simply bursting with natural vibrancy. The growing season was perfect with extended rain during the winter of 2010 allowing a healthy fruit set and ample crop. On the nose the Cool Harvest Grigio has elevated notes of pear, stone-fruit and lemon zest while the palate follows up with the same zesty pear and wonderful citrus notes.
