K1 Middle Hill Shiraz

The Middle Hill Shiraz is sourced from the middle hill of the K1 vineyard, a picturesque sandstone ridge producing elegant, spicy, cool climate style Shiraz. The nose offers typical cool climate Shiraz aromas of red cherries and subtle spices, including cloves and white pepper. The palate is medium-bodied and complex with red plums, spice and a hint of apricot, followed by a grippy finish.

XO Wine Co Pinot Noir

This Kuitpo Pinot Noir is a blend from two vineyards in Kuitpo, Christmas Hill and Topnote. The blocks integrate seamlessly to produce a wine portraying the gradually shortening days, the subtle look of Autumn and the gently rolling sandy loam landscape draped in morning fog in which it's grow. Partial carbonic maceration adds a floral lift to the wine with subtle earthiness and fresh strawberry notes while a portion of whole bunch gives structure and spice while maintaining the vibrancy and varietal character of Pinot Noir.

XO Wine Co Tempranillo

This Adelaide Hills Tempranillo was selected from a single vineyard in Macclesfield in the southern hills. It was handcrafted to produce a wine portraying the uniquely high elevation, red earth, crisp mornings and the warmth of autumn colours. Brooding dark fruits with ripe plums are integrated with a mild oak spice and hints of wild mint. A perfect accompaniment to a grazing platter on an mild Autumn afternoon.

Golding Single Vineyard Series Ombre Gamay

Out of the shadow and into the light steps our Ombre Gamay; ready and poised to take centre stage. Historically cast in the shadow of its varietal neighbour Pinot Noir, Gamay is enjoying a timely moment in the sun. Vibrant in hue and exuberant in youthful personality, this wine delivers juicy red berry fruits on the nose with subtle spice and fine tannins on the palate.

Croser x 78 degrees Non-Vintage

Created in colaboration with 78 Degrees Adelaide HIlls Distillery. Botanicals of Juniper, coriander, orange, lemon, lime, clove, cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg, star anise, orris and angelica.

Seven Eves Pinot Gris

Handpicked and sorted. Gently wholebunch pressed. Wild ferment on full solids. 25% in old French barriques Lees stirred fortnightly. Natural sediment may occur.

Chain of Ponds Unchained Tempranillo Barbera

A Spanish/Italian rendezvous with the Adelaide Hills - a unique blend of 50% whole bunch Barbera and destemmed Tempranillo. Intensely aromatic and inviting bouquet of raspberries, blueberries and satsuma plum entwined with fresh thyme and sage with a hint of cured meat. The palate has good fruit intensity and vibrancy with fresh red fruit and a crunch acid structure. Subtle velvety tannins provide a savoury edge.
