Adnams Broadside Strong Original

The Broadside is made in tribute to a fierce naval battle between the English and Dutch in 1672. The English fleet was moored in Southwold at the time, home to the Adnams Brewery, legend has it most of the sailors were in a tavern when they were called to arms. This is a full bodied ale of fruitcake, pungent hops and punchy alcohol. Perfect with strong cheddar.

RODENBACH Alexander is brewed at the RODENBACH brewery in Roeselare, in the province of West Flanders. This mixed fermentation beer consists of two thirds beer that was matured in oak casks for 24 months and one third young beer, and has been subjected to maceration with sour cherries.This extraordinary beer with its unique, balanced palate, complex finish and subtle fruit and wood notes is undoubtedly one of the best sour ales RODENBACH has ever created. It was brewed for the first time in 1986 on the occasion of Alexander Rodenbachs 200th birthday and is now back by popular demand to the delight of beer lovers here and abroad.

Maisels Weisse Dunkel

Hazy brown colour with lasting but collapsing white head. Aroma: Caramel, hazelnut, milk chocolate, biscuit and sweet matured cheese. With some time a resinish tone crawls in. Taste: Has a quite malty moderatly sweet start with very soft sourish tone and a pleasent bitter mouthfeel. Very well balanced. Has a soft creamy feel. Light/medium body with fizzy carbonation. Medium lasting sourish, lightly bitter finish.

Maisels Weisse Kristall

Crystal-clear brilliance and lively sparkling carbonic acid are the outstanding features of Maisels Weisse Kristall and make it a wonderfully exuberant refreshment. Due to the special composition of sun-ripened wheat varieties and brighter barley malts, fermented and aged with our special white yeast, unfolds at first sip a balanced bouquet of different fruit flavors of ripe banana to a slight citrus note, which mixes at departure with the typical, slightly spicy wheat beer flavor. Maisels Weisse Original Hefeweizen

The fresh bouquet of choice yeast and pleasant fruit tones combine at the first taste with the mild flavors of malt, fruit and fragrance of cloves with a hint of nutmeg. The slightly fruity, full-flavored wheat beer fragrance typical for Maisel's Weisse, is then revealed in the aftertaste.

Leffe Blonde Ale

Leffe Blonde is a Belgian Abbey Ale, golden in colour. It has a delicate aroma of smoked bacon which combines beautifully with the more obvious aromas of caramel and toffee which are derived from the special ''Aromatic'' malts used. These malts go through a special kilning process which dries and cures the malt at high temperatures resulting in high soluble sugar levels giving Leffe its distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

Rochefort 6 Trappist Belgian Ale

In the nose, hints of mocha and caramel and a yeasty herbalness (cloves, pepper) are rounded off with a slightly sour taste. You can taste biscuit, caramel and pear, beautifully balanced with a slightly roast bitterness and a touch of cloves. In the finish, the pearls flow away and culminate in a rounded dry taste.
