Grown on sunny hillsides in the South of France, Maison Salasar, founded in 1890, crafted this Blanquette de Limoux from a blend of three grape varieties, Mauzac, Chardonnay and Chenin harvested by hand. Superb length of palate perfectly balanced between soft sweetness and rich gourmandise. This Blanquette can be served at aperitif on its own or accompanied by a liqueur.
