Chalmers Rosato

Former Gourmet Traveller WINE Viticulturist of the Year, the Chalmers family is renowned as Australia's key pioneer with so-called "alternative varieties", as grapevine importers, growers and cheerleaders of so many Mediterranean grapes that are enjoying great demand nowadays. Aglianico (63%), Sagrantino (33%) and Nero d'Avola (4%) were hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed, and vinified separately.
