The grapes for the KarriBindi Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot were hand picked in the cool of the morning and then gently pressed as whole bunches to preserve their true fruit characters. It was then bottled fermented and matured on lees for 36 months in the traditional method.This is a vintage brut; dry and crisp with an elegant lingering finish.Each mouthful is enhanced by the finest of bubbles and delicate fruit flavours.

This naturally fermenting sparkling wine is made from certified organic & biodynamic Chenin Blanc grapes from Margaret River. Grapes are picked, wild fermented in old oak barrels before being blended back to tank with a small addition of Shiraz juice. This ensures fermentation continues in the bottle & the party can get started\! This wine receives no additions of tannin, acid or sulphur dioxide, its just grapes. Nothing else.

Aromas of ripe red apple and tropical fruits jump out of the glass of Amberley Chimney Brush Chenin Blanc. Lovely Pineapple and lychee flavours fill the palate. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with spicy Asian dishes.

Wild Garden is Moss Brothers' newest label, focussing on organically-grown fruit, with minimal intervention and maximum sustainability in mind.Bright pale straw. Delicate aromas of ripe citrus, apple, stonefruit, white pepper and dried herbs. Medium-bodied, bright and youthful, with layers of golden apple, peach and nashi, hints of ginger and blanched almonds, juicy acidity and a racy finish.

This is our first of the MacAnn Sparkling series. 'MacAnn' is after our founders – my parents Mac & Ann – who discovered the Margaret River in the early 80s and fell in love with our vineyard in 1997. Bursting to say hello and invite you for banter, MacAnn Sparkling is a wine for celebrations and especially when celebrating life. MacAnn Sparkling is made from Semillon with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc in the traditional method. The grapes were picked in the early morning on 15th March 2019 and battonaged weekly for two months to make the sparkling base wine. Then into bottle on the 25th July on lees for 15 months. Disgorged on the 27th October 2020 with 4g/L.

The wine is immediately appealing on the nose showing brightly fruited notes of lemon peel, white fleshy nectarine and grapefruit with a subtle touch of sweet basil leaves. It is juicy and vibrant on the palate with youthful fruit intensity together with crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering.

The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes were whole bunch pressed, in keeping with the traditional style. This sparkling wine is pale straw in colour and displays fine and delicate aromatics of lifted strawberry, citrus blossom, and toasted brioche.

This Blanc is a crisp straw colour, offering a romantic glow through it when held up to the sunshine or a dinner-time candle. The blend is made with majority Sauvignon Blanc grapes plus a handful of Chenin Blanc. The result is a classic dry white, with enough sweetness to give your taste buds something to dance around. The fruit comes from our Quindalup vineyard and is simply made in a stainless steel tank for freshness.

A fine and quite flinty modern expression of Margaret River Chardonnay. Finer and leaner it might be in some ways, but the unmistakable power and persistence of the region still triumphs. Complex mealy grapefruit and roasted nut characters on the nose, and a deep and richly intense palate power through to the finish.
