It opens to a beautiful wave of florals & green orchard fruits with zesty, moreish acidity and a touch of minerality. We released Adelia Prosecco to celebrate Nonna’s contribution to our family’s legacy, our heritage & the first generation of farming that Cavedon wines is built upon. Nonna was a woman of few words & the quiet inspiration behind building our family’s legacy. She not only encouraged resilience for a brighter future for our family, but embraced celebration, community & friendship, which is part of what we wanted this prosecco to embody.
