Brown Brothers have added the Prosecco Rosato to join the original, and much loved, Prosecco. In the glass there is a rose-gold colour and a soft nose of strawberry and apple skins. With the addition of a touch of Cienna to the Prosecco, the sparkling wine retains its trademark acidity while showcasing a softer, rounder side to the palate. Brown Brothers Prosecco Rosato is made to be enjoyed young while at its light and delicate best. (Limited edition bottle**)

Dal Zotto Sangiovese is mid garnet with a purple hue; the savoury bouquet is immediately reminiscent of Tuscany with briary red fruits, sour cherry in particular, sage and thyme and a little earthy complexity adding interest; the palate is medium-bodied and fleshy on entry, with the crunchy tannin and acid of the variety providing an engaging and savoury platform to conclude; will handle a huge array of flavours, from light to full blooded.

This wine is a light straw colour with lime hues. The nose explodes from the glass with sweet sherbet, lemon, lime and jasmine aromas. Yeasty and earthy characters add complexity, with added brioche notes. The palate is creamy and refreshing zingy with lemon, lime acidity. The wine has lovely length and softness with a touch of sweetness but a long dry finish. Serve with Sydney rock oysters or lightly grilled scallops topped with lemon zest.
