Our Pinot Chardonnay is made from a majority of fruit grown in the elevated cool climate regions of the Adelaide Hills, Eden Valley and Alpine Valley. The grapes produced here have delicate, yet quite intense flavours, as well as the natural acidity and lean, elegant flavours that are required to make high-quality sparkling wine in the tradition of champagne.

Crafted in the Loire Valley, France, from hand-harvested grapes, this Henkell Vintage pays tribute to our founder Adam Henkell, who learned the fine art of sparkling wine production in France.
