Made from single vineyard to bottle. Low yields cool climate grapes from Nangkita. Deep sandy soil and limestone beneath, rich in elements for natural aromas and flavours. The wine is dark plum with lifted complex oak aroma. The palate has full flavour with rich berry fruit, warm, rich and intense. Upfront and splendidly appealing, the wine shows blackberry, sweet cherry, rich floral and vanillin oak notes, followed by a beautifully weighted palate that's plump and juicy, finishing lingering and silky. This Shiraz delivers rich notes of dark-bodied fruits along with aromatic red-berry concentrates. With hints of subtle oak and touches of spicy pepper notes to complete the palate allowing for instant enjoyment.

A superb example of classic Barossa Shiraz. Bold, full-flavoured and complex, it offers great depth and silky tannins. Magnificent drinking now but will reward medium-term cellaring.

The Langmeil Blacksmith Cabernet Sauvignon is all about varietal definition. Blackcurrant, blueberries as well as herbaceousness and briary spice, plus a couple of years in good French oak to help drinkability as a youngster.

Red wine artisan, Marco Cirillo, has produced a single vineyard Shiraz with as minimal intervention as possible. Using 90% whole berry and 10% whole bunch as well as natural yeast fermentation without fining or filtering, this Shiraz screams of its terroir. Expressive fruit up front of plums and red berries with small waft of leafy characters. The palate dances across the tongue without hindrance from over use of oak and is a supreme wine for the price.

Strikingly vivid in colour with deep purple and magenta. There are energetic aromatics showing fresh, pure expression of fruit. Aromas of violets, dark rose, sweet plum, spice, licorice and fruitcake emanate from the glass. The palate is bursting with rich and bright dark fruit flavours. Well structured, with natural tannins providing a muscular framework the wine is full in body, flavour and mouth feel. A touch of creaminess leads to a lengthy finish completing this resplendent wine.
