Penfolds RWT Shiraz is a big juicy Barossan Shiraz refined by the use of older French oak barrels. 1998 is considered to be one of the classic vintages of the modern age. Drinking wonderfully now but with many years still to come in its development, this is a great addition to any cellar.

This Two Hands Shiraz is full bodied but very buoyant. Bright flavours are lifted and accented by notes of fresh blue and blackberry with hints of plum. Creamy complexity through the palate adds depth and interesting texture. Palate has great depth and a coating nature but doesnt feel heavy. Tannins start mid-palate and leave a lovely rolling chewy nature. Spicy through the finish with vanilla and sweet baking spices.

This Cleanskins Barossa Valley Shiraz is another stunning value cleanskin! Showing classic Barossan characters of blueberry and plum, the palate has minimal oak, making it all about the fruit. A richness unseen at this price is found in abundance here that will have you coming back for more in no time.

Kellermeister's Wild Witch has garnered a cult following over the past years due to the brooding, rich, full-bodied and limited nature of the Barossa classic. The inky, viscous, foreboding black fruit is sourced from low-yielding, dry grown vineyards specially selected for producing the very best Kellermeister can get their hands on. Resting for two years in the finest French oak to really develop its flavour and character. Almost 'magical'.

Strikingly vivid in colour with deep purple and magenta. There are energetic aromatics showing fresh, pure expression of fruit. Aromas of violets, dark rose, sweet plum, spice, licorice and fruitcake emanate from the glass. The palate is bursting with rich and bright dark fruit flavours. Well structured, with natural tannins providing a muscular framework the wine is full in body, flavour and mouth feel. A touch of creaminess leads to a lengthy finish completing this resplendent wine. A big brooding Barossa wine with endless layers of fruit and oak. The tannins are very well integrated and will continue to develop in years to come. A great example of a true Barossa Shiraz.

A delightful wine that has just reached it's maturity, showing classic Barossa Shiraz power albeit in a more savoury limelight. Earthy and leathery undertones give this wine a point of interest that wasn't there when it was big, young and sweet. Enjoy only with great food and good company.

Chris Ringland Hoffman Shiraz 2006 is a wine for the connoisseur. The palate is complex, with flavours of smoke, liquorice, blueberry and toasty oak on a savoury, super-ripe and gentle structure. For the 2006 vintage, the wine was then aged in new French oak for five years, before blending in preparation for bottling. It's impeccably aged and drinking beautifully now or until 2020.

The Chris Ringland Dry Grown Shiraz 2007 smells of mineral oil, leaf litter, stones and dust. Despite it's weight and density, it is lively and vivid. This is a very powerful Shiraz with great structure, it could be cellared for 20-30 years and mature gracefully.
