This classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is medium to full bodied, displaying elegant aromas of blackcurrant and dark fruit characters. The palate is lengthy and generous, showcasing an array of blueberry and plum with a hint of cedar oak to finish.

The Vitulus 20 displays a dark ruby colour, with aromas of fresh red fruits such as juicy plum and cranberry, followed by subtle touches of forest floor. The palate presents fresh red cherry and juicy plum, complemented by hints of black pepper spice. Fine-grained tannins and subtle toasted oak create a layered wine with length and persistence.

John Riddoch MHA, who entered South Australia's Parliament (1865) as the South East's representative. Founded the Coonawarra Wine Region (1890) with the aspiration of making the finest wine in the country. The 2021 Riddoch The Representative Cabernet Merlot exhibits Cassis redcurrant spice aromas, fine chalky tannins and generous flavours. Aged in new-and-seasoned French and American oak for around 12 months, the wine is supple with gentle vigour. Drink now or may be cellared for years to come.

John Riddoch's first vintage of Coonawarra Claret (1890) was a shiraz-dominant wine. As the region's first wine grower he envisaged that Coonawarra would become one of Australia's finest wine regions. The 2021 Riddoch The Winegrower Shiraz has frangrant blackberry anise aromas, supple tannins and complex graphite tones define the stylish Coonawarra Shiraz. Matured in new and seasoned French and American oak barrels. Drink now or will reward careful cellaring for up to 10 years.

The wine has aromas of fresh plum and blackberry fruit with floral notes and some savoury earthy oak spice. On the palate the wine is full flavoured, with flavours of mixed berries, floral herbs, earthy spice and background oak characters. The Rymill Coonawarra Classic Shiraz 2021 is a bold, full-bodied red wine from South Australia, crafted from 100% estate-grown, sustainably farmed Shiraz. Brimming with dark fruit, pepper, and spice, it delivers a rich palate of blackberries, chocolate, and earthy undertones wrapped in velvety tannins. Perfect with lamb, beef, or roasted vegetables, this refined Shiraz showcases the depth and character of Coonawarra’s renowned terroir.

Packed full of mint, blackcurrants, spice and cedary oak, this wine is indicative of how a great the 2004 vintage was. Drinking beautifully now.

Leconfield Merlot has big and juicy dark fruits, soft tannins all supported by lovely French oak. Paul Gordon continues to produce a serious Merlot for a great price, year in, year out. His Merlot is also one that will benefit from a little sit in the medium term cellar.

Bowen Estate Shiraz shared similar firm structure as it's sibling, the Cabernet Sauvignon. It's lifted aromas of ripe black fruits, warming spices and hint of earthy background makes it a welcoming drink with hearty food.
