Fraser Gallop Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is partially barrel fermented combining the strengths of Semillon & Sauvignon Blanc to deliver an aromatic wine of strong citrus & grassy characters, tropical fruits, complexity and wonderful balance. It comes from the talented hands of Clive Otto.

Strelley Farm Estate is located in the heart of Tasmania's Coal River Valley wine region and is connected to the historical town of Richmond by the oldest bridge in Australia, the Richmond Bridge. This Sauvignon Blanc echoes the fruit depicted on the label. Pink grapefruit, lime zest and passionfruit creates a truly elegant example of this variety.

Straw to light yellow, the generous citrus and grapefruit aromas lead to a delicate citrus-framed palate, flanked by juicier honeydew and grapefruit tones. The wine displays good length and finishes dry and crisp.
