The development of this wine was an integral part of a winemakers 9-year, but ultimately unsuccessful, battle with bowel cancer. The first wine under this label was a Riesling and to this day, part of the proceeds from the sale of each bottle to fund his sons education.

The fruit for this excellent Clare Riesling is sourced from Kaesler's estate vineyards which have an average vine age of 58 years. Brilliant water like core with a greenish tinged outskirts. Jumping out of the glass with intensity are lime, lemon and orange rind scents followed by talc and mineral notes. Mouth watering flavours of lime, citrus and orange rind are delivered with terrific concentration and textural volume across the palate. Chalky talc and flinty mineral elements linger underneath. Finishes dry and crisp with crunchy acidity and a long snappy aftertaste. Drink over the next 5-6 years. Alc. 13%

Floral and refreshing, blossom and lime zest dominate the palate. The wine is crisp and dry with a beautiful zing of grapefruit like acidity.

With the name of Tim Adams behind this exciting Riesling, it isn't hard to see why many have fallen in love with the wonderful, casual style aromatic white. Rich in lemon curd, lime aromas and flavour and with a touch of sweetness, this wine lends itself to some easy food matching; especially with Asian cuisine. Produced from 40 year old vines in the Clare Valley's renowned Watervale district this superb Riesling shows vibrant citrus fruit on the nose with deep minerally flavours and a crisp lingering finish.

Lush, almost tropical aromas of pineapple, bananas and melon - the palate exhibits steely minerally flavours without being overly acidic. An excellent advertisement for Clare Riesling.

The aromatics of this wine are so vibrant - jumping out of the glass. A beautiful, appealing perfume full of floral notes and orange blossom with touches of freshly zested limes. The Palate gives good fruit weight and a gentle acidic mouth feel full of clean citrus flavours. This lovely textured Riesling can be enjoyed with fresh seafood.

Crisp lively drinking from this respected producer with the grassy Sauvignon Blanc character balancing the fuller Semillon flavours. Bottled under screwcap to retain freshness.
