This Chardonnay opens with delicate floral aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle. On the palate, flavours of pear and white peach are complemented by a subtle nuttiness and a hint of vanilla, finishing with a smooth, lingering acidity.

The Houghton story goes back as far as 1836 and since those early beginnings, they have been responsible for some of the finest wines made in this country. The Late Picked Verdelho shows aromas of tropical fruit leading to a palate that is full, soft and fruity with good texture. A very versatile wine, try with spicy Thai dishes or crème caramel.

This wine has an immediately inviting aroma of apricot and peach with an underlying melon character. The palate is ripe and fruity, with peach and apricot again being the dominant features.
