Big and bold with lots of structure and layers of brooding dark fruit that lead into a lingering mocha finish.

Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz is deliberately aimed at producing a wine of regional authenticity in a style highlighting fragrance, vitality, finesse and harmony of the terrior. The picking date is carefully assessed in order to capture fruit vibrancy and freshness whilst capturing the typical mouthfilling richness and length of the region.

A complex and attractive mix of dark and blue fruits with earthy undertones. Blood plums and black currants, liquorice and spice. A hint of truffles and oak in the mix. Medium bodied, fleshy and supple, the palate is textured and layered. Plum, aniseed and spice follow from the nose and the wine has lovely depth without being overbearing. Ripe, fine tannins and good length with dark fruits and a hint of oak.

This wine is dark crimson in colour. The nose displays notes of black currants, dark chocolate with earthy undertones. The palate is rich, with generous savoury tannins.It can be enjoyed now and will cellar well for up to 15 years.The fruit was hand-harvested from our single vineyard site, at the foot of the MT Camel ranges, north of Heathcote. The rich red Cambrian soils provide optimum growing conditions for producing this premium wine.

In the glass this wine is a deep magenta colour with crimson/purple edges. The nose exudes vibrant aromas of violets, spice and ripe berry flavours. The palate has intense dark berries and clove spice. It is a medium bodied wine with good length.

The Red Claw is the complimenting range to the estate Yabby Lake wines that call the Mornington Peninsula home. This Shiraz though is sourced from the Cambrian rich soils of Heathcote, a region which has quickly become one of Australia's premier Shiraz growing areas. Dark berry and spice dominated, there are underlying notes of pepper and crushed herbs. Fermented in 100% French Oak, there is a subtlety to this Shiraz that lends itself to many cuisine matches.

Picked from selected premium vineyards for optimum quality, this wine is deep purple in colour with aromas of dark cherry & raspberry. Subtle hints of spice & white pepper lead to an intensely flavoured, well rounded yet relatively soft mouth feel of dark fruits, blackberries & oak influenced raspberries. Medium bodied with a balanced acidity and lingering length, this selection perfectly reflects of both the Heathcote region & the renowned quality of Red Hill Estate.

Tyrrell's Rufus Stone is an excellent example of Heathcote Shiraz at a reasonable price. A rich, balanced wine of deep magenta colour with liquorice and white pepper aromas. Intense dark plum flavours are given a subtle lift from the well judged French oak. Better than ever!

A Shoemaker with the finest skills and dedication to his craft once lived at the bridge over the creek. It was then named after his most important tool, Snob, the small anvil used to shape the toe end of a boot. The VSP Shiraz is a well-balanced wine, which shows rich dark fruits aromas mixed with mocha and spice oak aromas. Oak is well integrated and gives the wine a nice long flavoursome finish.

Domaine Asmara Infinity Shiraz is Domaine Asmaras flagship wine, it is only release in exceptional vintages with limited quantities. It is a bold, full bodied red wine, packed with ripe dark fruits flavours with chalky tannins and a lengthy finish. It would be a great candidate to cellar with the right conditions.
