Prosper Delord was a travelling distiller who upon discovering Armagnac fell in love with the spirit and decided to start Maison Delord in 1893. Today Jerome and Sylvain Delord, Propers great grandchildren continue the tradition with the same passion, knowledge and love that has been handed down through the generations. This armagnac is aged for a minimum of 10 years. Aromas of caramel with flavours of spice and oak, mellowing out into plums and raisin sweetness and an aromatic finish.

Chartreuse green is an aromatic French liqueur flavoured with 130 herbs. Naturally green colour, it can be served cold or as a fragrant base to cocktails.

Milder and sweeter than the famous Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse was introduced to the world in 1838. It also is presented in the traditional Chartreuse liqueur bottle embossed with the seal of La Grande Chartreuse. Its colour is entirely natural with no artificial flavours or preservatives. It, too, can be enjoyed neat or in a long drink. To bring out all its flavour, it should be consumed very cold, even on the rocks.

The team behind Morris Distillery has over six generations of craftsmanship in winemaking, blending and aging passed down through bloodline. This has allowed them to really master the production of the truly remarkable flavour in their Australian Single Malt Whisky. Maturated in a combination of French and American oak ex-Australian red wine casks and finished in barrels that have held our Morris of Rutherglen 10yr-Aged Amber Apera (Sherry). The Aged Amber is a full flor fino, produced predominantly from the Palomino grape. It exhibits a drier style, showing elegance and complexity from years of long-term aging in cask, making it a beautiful compliment to the whisky. The result is a well integrated and very approachable Australian single malt which the broad whisky consumer can embrace. A nose of Spun toffee, baked fruit flan with peach compote and fresh sherry cask notes. Génépy is a legendary alpine herbal liqueur, unique to the Savoy region, that dates back many hundreds of years. While comprised of a multitude of alpine herbs, the most prominent is a petite and rare variety of artemisia found principally in the high mountain air and adventure. Dolin is one of the few remaining houses that still relies on local herbs foraged in summer, and distillation in a venerable old copper alembic. Today, Génépy remains a darling of both intrepid hikers and French skiers. Served on the rocks or with tonic water, and a welcome addition to hot chocolate. Le Chamois is Dolin’s oldest Génépy recipe, dating back to 1821, when Joseph Chavasse first established what is today Maison Dolin. Its gentle sweetness and heady herbal character have pronounced notes of chamomile, sage and mint. To many French consumers, the Dolin name is inextricably linked to this signature Génépy recipe and the alpine experience.
