Château de Bligny is a unique Champagne house in that it is the only house to have the 'Château' appellation attributed to it as a boutique style. Built in the heart of the Côte des Bars by the Marquis de Dampierre,Château de Bligny produces a Grande Réserve here of utmost elegance. The house was founded as Pommery & Greno in 1858 by Alexandre Louis Pommery and Narcisse Greno. Under the guidance of Alexandre's widow, Louise Pommery, the house grew into one of the largest Champagne houses and to this day produce elegant and complex Champagne's.
