Our Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes are harvested from our beautiful Gumeracha vineyard. These grapes are then exposed to the traditional techniques of whole bunch pressing, bottle fermentation and maturation on yeast lees to allow the creation of an elegant wine with purity of fruit, subtle savoury complexity and finesse. Its mesmerising bouquet flaunts citrus blossom and white peach notes highlighted by strawberry blossom and lemon zest fragrances. On the palate, the wine enjoys limes and nectarines with the flavours of the palate beautifully balanced with clean acidity that refreshes the senses.

Deep dark purple. Intense aromas of fresh black and red berries with delicate touches of cinnamon and nutmeg spice. Mesa Shiraz is an elegant yet rewarding cool-climate wine. It exhibits a beautifully ripe core of dark fruits, lifted by complex notes of cinnamon and star anise. Powder fine tannins and subtle French oak complete this regional classic.

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of nectarine and pear are intermeshed with hints of lime, green apple and subtle biscuity oak. Rich fleshy peach, ripe nectarine and subtle dried honey flavours are delivered with good intensity over a back drop of cashew and light spicy nougat elements.
