Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose
Domaine Tempier comes from the Bandol region on the southern coast of France. Under family guidance since 1936, Lucien Peyraud is largely credited with establishing Bandol as as significant region in the South of France, and resurrecting Mourvedre as the key grape of the region. Up until that point, many Mourvedre vineyards were uprooted and replanted with higher yielding grape varieties. The Domaine Tempier Rosé is made from 50% Mourvedre, 28% Greneche, 19% Bourboulenc, and 3% Marsanne and boasts incredibly intense fruit with pronounced minerality while still being completely dry.
Debussy Reverie Rose
Hemera Estate Grenache Rose
Grenache was hand-picked specifically for the production of rose. The fruit was crushed and macerated for 2 hours to increase colour pick-up as well as some natural fruit tannin. The must was then gently pressed to liberate the juice, and then 80% was fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain delicate fruit aromas. The balance was drained to old oak hogsheads where the juice underwent a natural fermentation and subsequent maturation on full lees for 5 months before blending and bottlingTasting EvaluationColour: Bright, pale salmon with copper highlights.Aroma: Subtle scents of cantaloupe, red currant, wild strawberry, Morello cherry and freshly grated ginger, pink peppercorn coupled with underlying gunflint aroma.Palate: Red apple skin, ruby grapefruit and rhubarb flavours abound with textural fruit sweetness, balanced with fine fruit phenolics with crunchy apple acid focus. The finish is dry and refreshing. Enjoy with fresh South Australia seafood or on its own.

In 1896 Marcel Ott of Alsace found an estate which inspired him, Château de Selle in Tarandeau, Provence, where once olives, lavender and mulberries grew. Enjoying a unique microclimate, the wines are delicate and elegant with great depth. In the 1930s, Marcel Ott fell in love with the very old Clos Mireille, overlooking the sea at La Londe Les Maures, near Brégançon. The vines soon started producing distinctive yet subtle wines. Château Romassan in Bandol was acquired by the Ott family in 1956 and following years of terracing and replanting, produces robust, harmonious and long lived wines. Cur de Grain represents wine-making genius, and today the distinctive bottle evokes the memory of the elegant amphora of centuries past. Today, 120 years later, cousins Jean-François and Christian Ott dedicate their lives to their ancestors love for Provence. In 2004, Domaines Ott* joined Louis Roederer and its fabulous selection of wine craftsmen.
Miraval Studio by Miraval
The name of this wine, STUDIO by Miraval, was not chosen by chance. In 1977, jazz musician Jacques Loussier, the owner of the estate at the time, had a recording studio built there, and hosted international artists of the calibre of Pink Floyd, The Cure, Muse, AC/DC, Wham, Sting, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Chris Rea, and French artists such as Indochine, Telephone, and Bashung. Studio Rosé is a pale pink colour with great clarity. The nose is an explosion of freshness with notes of citrus and fresh fruit. Its elegant palate offers refresing acidity with floral and iodized notes supported by grapefruit zest on the finish.

Domaine De La Rouviere Côtes de Provence Rosé
Domaine de la Rouvière Côtes de Provence Rosé is based on a blend of cinsault, grenache and syrah and derives from vineyards around Pierrefeu du Var, about 30 kilometres from Toulon and about an hours drive from St Tropez. The rocky landscape dominated by the Massif de Maure is typically undulating with pine forests and a large expanse of vineyards; many on south facing slopes. The warm Mediterranean growing season followed by night harvesting lead to optimum fruit ripeness and retention of acidity. Cool-vinification preserves fruitiness, freshness and transparency. The beautifully packaged Domaine de la Rouvière Rosé possesses a pretty light pink colour, attractive strawberry red cherry, raspberry aromas, plentiful fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity. It works well as an aperitif with olive tapenade or anchovies on toast. Or pair with summer salads, charcuterie, grilled fish or BBQ meats.
