Minchinbury has been committed to producing great value Australian wine. The Reserve Tawny is the next generation for Minchinbury with a mouthfeel full of spicy red berries , milk chocolate and hazelnuts are apparent with some sweetness but this is balanced by clean acid and a fine tannin backbone.

Our desire is to showcase Chardonnay’s strengths of delicious mouthfeel and length with it’s unique ability to effortlessly incorporate winemaking complexity and still maintain fruit purity. One of the truly great grape varieties.
