The grapes used to craft Two Rivers Wildfire Chardonnay were sourced from Inglewood Vineyard in Hunter Valley. Post fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, the wine showcases a pale straw colour. This exquisite Chardonnay flaunts pleasing aromas and flavours of fresh peach and ripe stone fruits, supported by lemon citrus hints. Balanced acidity integrates with these wonderful elements, ending the wine in a fresh, crisp and enticing finale. Pair it with chicken Caesar salad, pork chops with tarragon, or steamed mussels, to relish its grand flavours to the fullest.
Two Rivers Confluence Cabernet Merlot
This wine is dark ruby red in colour and displays ripe cabernet aromas of tomato bush and red fruits, complemented by earthy Merlot tones of plum and mulberry. Fine tannins and the subtle use of oak give the palate a soft lingering finish.
First Creek (Hunter Valley) Shiraz
First Creek are really winning over a lot of new fans, especially wine drinkers who may have previously not given the Hunter Valley its fair dues. In the glass: Deep garnet to purple.
